PAYMENT POLICY

Purchases can be paid for by credit card, Pix (Brazilian instant payment system), or bank slip. Payments cannot be split between more than one credit card or between credit card, Pix, and bank slip. When the purchase is made by credit card, it can be paid in up to 12 installments. Attention: You can choose to pay for your order in installments. However, the total purchase amount must be within your available credit limit. If the limit is exceeded, the order may not be approved by the card issuer, and you will be notified by our team via email. In this case, your purchase order will be canceled.

Please remember that the delivery time for your purchase will only begin after your credit card company approves the payment and your order is confirmed by our team via email.

CREDIT CARD

When making purchases with a credit card, you can choose to use the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Elo brands.

To use your credit card, simply choose this payment method when finalizing your purchase order.

For your security, if there is any discrepancy between the registration and payment information, we reserve the right to not approve your order, or to contact you to confirm your details.

BANK SLIP

Purchases made via bank slip are cash payments, and the issuing bank will be Itaú. Therefore, payment will be made in a single installment, for the total value of your purchase, and must be made by the due date indicated on the slip. If payment is not made, the order will be canceled, and you will receive an email notification.

To expedite the process, remember to print the bank slip as soon as you complete your purchase. But if you prefer, you can access it later in the confirmation email. Or, click here to view your orders.

Please note that, for your security, the information entered in your order may undergo internal review and will be subject to confirmation by phone or email. Therefore, it is very important that your registration information is always up-to-date and complete, including a landline phone number to facilitate and expedite contact. The delivery time will only begin after this review and subsequent payment confirmation. You will always be notified by email of any changes in the processing of your purchase.

PIX

It's the Brazilian instant payment system. A payment method created by the Central Bank (BC) where funds are transferred between accounts in a few seconds, at any time of day or night. Just follow these steps: Finalize your purchase and open your bank's app and select the Pix option. Point your phone's camera at the code or copy and paste the code, and finally check the details and confirm your payment through your bank's app.
